Dr Dugom has been serving the communities of Wayne County and surrounding Southeastern NC area since 1996.
First, as part of the Carolina Heart Medical Group, and thereafter practicing as Goldsboro Medical Center, PA.
About Dr. Dugom
Dr. Dugom is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Clinical Lipidology.
His practice has focused on cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment. He became one of the first physicians in Eastern North Carolina to get certified in Clinical Lipidology, which focuses cardiovascular disease risk, prevention, and proper treatment.
Dr Dugom attended the Belarusian State Medical University where he graduated with Honors in 1985. Following graduation, he went though residency and fellowship training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology in Minsk, Belarus, before joining his family in the United States. He also completed internship and residency training at Robert-Wood Johnson University and East Carolina University
School of Medicine.
